News

Change to indoor training - 1 day per week at Lester B. Pearson!!

The 2 head coaches (and executive) have decided to split the practices up so that each team has one day. Given the travel to Lester Pearson, and at times the small gym space, we felt it better to commit everyone to one day. You are still welcome to train both days, but be advised that Tuesday will be drills specific to the men's season plan, with Thursday specific to the girls.

Fundraiser for Myrden Family

There is a fundraiser being held for a mutual friends of ours, the Myrden Family (Barry, Audrey and their boys Charlie, Jack and Declan). Audrey has been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor and her greatest wish is to ensure that the boys are taken care of when the time comes.
