Who Are The Calgary Rams Rugby Club?
The Calgary Rams Rugby Club is a Not-For-Profit organization founded in 1959. The Rams were among the first clubs to play rugby in the Calgary region.
The Rams run multiple Minis and Junior teams ranging in age from as young as 5 years old to 18. Our Senior Men’s and Women’s teams lead us in our pursuit to support players in maintaining lifelong relationships. The Rams family has over 200 active members and a large alumni list extending throughout Canada.
In addition, The Calgary Rams host one of the biggest rugby competitions in Western Canada, The Stampede Sevens Tournament. This event is organized during the Calgary Stampede by the Rams and is attended by more than 80 teams across Canada.
