Women’s Team
The Rams have a strong women’s program which has been around since 1999. The women host 2 teams: Prem (AWP) and Developmental (WDEV). The Prem team offers a competitive environment for players to be challenged at the highest competition level for Senior Women in Alberta, while the Developmental team is a great place for players new and old to develop their skills and play socially. The team provides a supportive environment for brand-new players, no experience is necessary to join! Whether you’re interested in trying a new sport to meet people and get exercise or your goal is to compete at higher levels, there is a place for you on the team.
Men’s Team
The men host 2 teams: Developmental (MDEV) and Recreation (3rds MREC). The Recreation team ensures sport for life for players who want to play in a more social environment. The Rams 3rds team combines with The Saints rugby club to create the Holy Goats. For those who want to start playing rugby (no experience required) or looking for a more competitive environment, the Developmental team is for you.

Our Schedule

- Pre-Season:
- Sundays at 1-2pm, from February 4th to March 31st
- If you are new to the team, your first session is free
- Location: Central Memorial High School, 5111 21 St SW
- Drop in fee $8/Session or $45 for all 9 sessions. eTransfer to [email protected]

- Registration:
- Opens February 15th, click here to Register
- Practices:
- Outdoor practices are held April to August, weather permitting
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15 pm to 8:00 pm
- Bring cleats, water and mouthguard
- Location: John Ware School in the SW, 10020 19 St SW
- Games:
- Games start May 3rd and go to as late as September 14th
- Game days are primarily Saturdays, but can be scheduled on Fridays, and the occasional Wednesday
- Location: Primarily at the Calgary Rugby Union, 9025 Shepard Rd SE
* No games during long weekends
